How price changes work
FPL updates prices overnight (around 01:30 GMT). Every player has a hidden net-transfer threshold, and FPL now publishes how far along each player is, the current hourly transfer rate, and its own projection for tonight. A change happens when that projection crosses 100%. The meter resets after each change, and new signings are locked for about two weeks.
